We sincerely appreciate our customers' feedback!

"My wife and I recently purchased a 2010 Kia Forte from this dealership. Our consultant who was with us throughout the entire process was Gerald Greene. In my opinion he was very professional. His calm demeanor was very relaxing. Gerald was knowledgeable about the car, but really made him great was all the extra "little" information he gave us. He was upfront and Honest from the beginning, which was nice because we knew what to expect from the start. Honestly things were great until the first manager came out. Frankly,he was kind of a jerk. It seemed as if he could care less if they earned our business or not. The second manager was much better. He worked with us, and also helped with extra stuff. He helped us get our insurance together to get the car home. He worked well getting all of our financing information together. Between him (John I believe) and Gerald the process was simple and smooth. They even put up with us through our tough negotiations. :) In my opinion it's because of employees like them that the kia franchise is growing. We had been to several Kia dealerships prior to them, and seen the same cars, with the same "perks". Honestly, what sold us on their car was the professionalism and customer service by their employees. If you go there to buy a car, ask for Gerald!" -emt75
